Die Stelle
An internal account manager in Paisley manages and develops a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively contacts clients to generate sales, and supports external sales teams with account growth. The role involves making outbound calls, producing quotations, and utilising reports to identify growth opportunities. Candidates should have experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competence in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential, along with a proactive, results-driven approach and organisational skills. Previous industry experience in cleaning or facilities management is beneficial but not mandatory. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing development and career progression opportunities.
