Operations Manager – Reading

An Operations Manager is sought to lead the delivery and continuous enhancement of admissions testing services at Reading School. The role involves overseeing project delivery, supplier management, event coordination, service development and stakeholder engagement, ensuring excellent experiences for schools. Candidates should have strong operational and project management experience, with the ability to lead complex programmes and meet deadlines. They need to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and capable of analysing and improving processes. Adaptability, proactivity, and a commitment to social mobility and educational opportunity are essential. Based in Reading, some travel is required to support service development and operational functions.
