Project Manager - Commercial Interior Fit-Out

The Project Manager will oversee several commercial interior fit-out projects across the Midlands, from pre-start to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, standards, and budgets. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating trades, managing site teams and subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The role requires a strong understanding of drywall partitions, suspended ceilings, and interior systems, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and capable of resolving issues efficiently on site. Regular travel to various sites and client meetings is expected, with close collaboration with a Project Co-ordinator on project procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
