Candidates should hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification, be flexible with working hours, and have access to a vehicle with a full, clean driving licence. The position requires proven experience in food safety auditing within sectors such as retail, hotel F&B, or convenience stores, alongside strong relationship management skills. Independence, initiative, and problem-solving abilities are essential, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. The role is offered on an independent consulting basis without sponsorship, covering Blackburn, Burnley, and Rochdale.
