Engineer Specialist- Industrial

Lead development and implementation of labor standards and methods, optimizing manpower utilization and line balancing across manufacturing operations. Conduct ergonomic evaluations and design workstation layouts that meet safety and ergonomic requirements. Analyze production constraints, perform cycle time analyses, and conduct time and motion studies (MODAPTS) to drive efficiency. Develop or direct cost estimates for new or revised methods and standards, and coordinate plant layout, material handling, and routing changes. Lead value stream mapping, process audits, and engineering changes to support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate with production supervision and unions to settle job-related disputes and assist with labor allocations for mix and line speed changes.
