Systems & Operations Manager – Bristol

A healthtech startup in Bristol is seeking a Systems & Operations Manager to oversee and optimise lean systems supporting around 500 processes across various standards and legislative requirements. The role involves maintaining operational controls, ensuring compliance, and managing cross-functional inputs from multiple teams using modern tooling, including no-code and AI-assisted systems. The successful candidate will have experience in regulated environments, particularly within medical devices or digital health, and be comfortable managing scalable operations without overhead. They should be collaborative, pragmatic, and technically proficient, with knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 27001, UK GDPR, and others. The position requires twice-weekly physical presence in Bristol and welcomes candidates familiar with agile environments, NHS or Local Authority markets, or clinical/regulatory background.
