Die Stelle
The Financial Analyst - Asset Management supports the management, tracking, and optimization of capital assets, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Facilities.
Duties include maintaining the fixed asset subledger, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposals, and preparing monthly and quarterly asset performance reports.
Assist with capital project tracking, including budget performance, project closeouts, and reconciliation with the general ledger, while forecasting asset lifecycle needs.
Conduct variance analysis on capital expenditures and develop supporting schedules for management review; perform asset tagging and physical inventories across locations.
Collaborate with procurement, IT, clinical engineering, and other departments to ensure timely asset tagging and data accuracy, and contribute to policy development and process improvements.
Prepare documentation for internal and external auditors and perform ad-hoc analyses and modeling to inform asset planning and capital allocation decisions.
