Seeking driven engineering students for a Co-op or Internship in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Frankfort, Indiana.
Rotate through multiple domains, including engineering, metal stamping, rubber processing, and tooling, with one-on-one collaboration with professional staff.
Responsibilities include updating drawings, reporting findings, developing tooling, troubleshooting equipment, and analyzing data to drive process improvements.
Assist with writing work instructions and supporting Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce costs and improve profitability.
Participate in three-session or five-session rotations, or an ongoing internship aligned with academic terms.
Qualifications: able to work independently and in teams; strong communication, problem solving, and time management; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; enrolled in a bachelor's degree; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
