Senior Human Resources Manager

The role involves developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, fostering organisational culture, leading talent acquisition and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving employee engagement and development programmes. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in high-growth environments, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. They will operate at both strategic and operational levels, managing policies, performance, and HR systems to support organisational goals.
