Coljoint Electrical Services Ltd is recruiting qualified electricians for a 12+ month project at Cardiff Station, focusing on electrical refurbishment within a live railway environment. Successful candidates will install cable containment, SWA cables, lighting, small power, and LV distribution equipment, adhering to safety procedures and industry standards. They should possess ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition wiring regulations, and practical experience in commercial, industrial, or rail installations; reading electrical drawings is essential. Knowledge of safety protocols, hand and power tools, and industry practices is required, with additional qualifications like Sentinel PTS, Network Rail experience, and Testing & Inspection being advantageous. The role involves in-person work Monday to Friday, with a starting date in August 2026 and an hourly rate of £31.25. Opportunities for career development in the rail sector are available, including potential PTS training.
