Director, Software Engineering — Marketing Intelligence (AI & Agents)

Lead the next generation of AI-driven marketing solutions by directing 2-3 scrum teams (16-20 engineers) focused on autonomous AI agents, LLM integration, and real-time data harmonization.
Define and execute the technical roadmap for Agentforce capabilities, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade products.
Provide architectural stewardship for distributed backend systems that power autonomous agents, such as Paid Media Optimization Agents, leveraging Data Cloud.
Foster an ownership mindset, mentor engineers, and scale the organization through rapid iteration and technical excellence.
Partner closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Research to translate AI models into production-ready solutions while upholding security and compliance.
Oversee end-to-end software delivery in a hybrid model to guarantee high availability, performance, and reliability for thousands of global enterprise customers.
