Senior Category Manager - Property & Facilities Procurement

The individual will lead complex sourcing initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and support transformation programmes within a retail estate context. Skills required include strategic sourcing, procurement negotiation, and supplier performance management, with familiarity in construction and estate categories. The candidate should have proven experience in procurement, stakeholder influence, and category management, preferably within retail or infrastructure sectors. Knowledge of ESG and sustainable sourcing principles is desirable, as well as CIPS qualification or progress towards it. The position offers a high profile within a transforming procurement function, with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
