The role involves manual testing of web applications and backend services, with opportunities to develop automation skills over time. The candidate will execute manual tests, write bug reports, collaborate on acceptance criteria, and gradually take ownership of automated testing. Skills required include manual testing experience, familiarity with bug tracking tools, and a proactive mindset eager to learn automation. Previous exposure to APIs, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and programming languages is beneficial for growth into an SDET position.
