Mechanical Engineer

A Mechanical Engineer with expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure is needed to develop and manage mechanical design projects in wastewater and water treatment. The role involves site visits, surveys, and liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers, as well as designing pumping stations, screens, grit removal plants, and odour control systems. Candidates will engage in all project stages from feasibility to construction, ensuring standards compliance and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. They will also support bid processes and deliver technical reports, specifications, and drawings. Experience with digital tools like BIM, Projectwise, and P&ID's is advantageous, alongside strong communication skills and technical proficiency.
