FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst supports the Finance Business Partner in delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis across central functions such as IT, HR, and Business Development. They are responsible for preparing management information, analysing cost performance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role involves developing and tracking KPIs, acting as a finance contact for day-to-day queries, and translating financial data into clear insights for stakeholders. Additionally, the analyst assists with investment appraisals, strategic projects, and ensures data accuracy, working to enhance finance systems and reporting tools. Preferred candidates are qualified or part-qualified accountants with strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills, experienced in FP&A or management accounting, ideally within complex professional environments.
