Principal Cloud Engineer

Lead the Cloud Engineering team and own the portfolio of cloud infrastructure solutions. Set and drive technical standards and develop a medium- to long-term technology roadmap for cloud infrastructure. Develop and enhance infrastructure as code to ensure services are resilient, observable, scalable, repeatable, and portable. Ensure all solutions meet prescribed standards, align with best practices in cloud engineering, and meet service performance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align cloud strategy with business needs and security requirements. This role is remote with monthly on-site meetings in Preston; a basic DBS check is mandatory and the recruitment process includes a two-stage interview.
