Die Stelle
Lead the in-house legal function for the group, providing strategic counsel to the CEO, CFO and Directors on a wide range of matters.
Oversee drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, including supplier, licensing, distribution, and consumer terms and conditions.
Ensure all contracts and operations comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; manage risk across data protection, IP, advertising, employment, and governance.
Manage dispute resolution and litigation, including representing the company when needed to achieve commercial, cost-effective outcomes.
Develop, maintain and roll out internal policies, precedents and training to support business teams; protect and enforce the group’s intellectual property.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives; role is on-site in Greater Manchester with a competitive salary.
