Physiotherapist – Reading

A physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions. They develop individualised treatment plans using therapeutic techniques, manual therapy, exercises, and patient education to support recovery and prevent further injury. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in meetings, and referring patients to other services as necessary. Applicants need a relevant degree, HCPC registration, membership of the CSP, and excellent communication skills. The position requires flexibility to work across inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a varied caseload efficiently. It is a bank role, working on an 'as and when required' basis, with shifts in Reading.
