Staff Data Analyst

Drive strategic analyses to identify opportunities to improve the core product experience and customer outcomes.
Partner with Product and Engineering to design, run, and interpret experiments while upgrading the experimentation stack with Sequential Testing, Bayesian methods, and CUPED.
Collaborate with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and deploy models that power the core product.
Monitor key metrics, proactively surface issues, and lead resolution across the consumer lifecycle.
Translate insights from large datasets into actionable recommendations for product teams and stakeholders.
Establish robust processes that balance rigor with flexibility in ambiguous situations, while communicating clearly and collaborating cross-functionally.
