AI / Machine Learning Engineer Trainer

An AI / Machine Learning Engineering Trainer is responsible for delivering practical training on applied ML and AI engineering concepts, supporting learners in areas such as Python-based ML development, LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and MLOps. The role involves translating complex AI/ML concepts into accessible learning experiences, coaching learners to develop strong engineering habits, and collaborating with curriculum teams to keep content up-to-date with sector developments. Candidates should have industry experience as an AI / ML engineer, strong Python and ML fundamentals, and experience delivering training or coaching. Passion for developing early-career engineers and recent experience in AI/ML specialisms are preferred, though full end-to-end ML production experience is not mandatory.
