Data Scientist

Role summary: You will partner with product, finance, payments, security, risk, growth, and go-to-market teams to optimize systems and enable strategic decisions using your data and models. You’ll work across modeling, experimentation, and analytics to understand user needs, forecast outcomes, prevent fraud, quantify risk, and improve operational efficiency. You’ll translate analyses into actionable recommendations and data products, aligning with business priorities and metrics. You’ll design and run experiments or leverage causal designs to estimate effects, deploy models in production, and monitor their performance, adjusting thresholds as needed. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver impact and maintain a high attention to detail while juggling multiple projects. You’ll bring a builder's mindset, strong communication, and business sense to the role.
