Manufacturing Engineer – Nuneaton

A manufacturing organisation is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of complex electromechanical products. The role involves bridging design engineering and production, developing efficient manufacturing processes, and supporting the transition from prototype to scalable production. Candidates will take ownership of manufacturing processes, create SOPs, work instructions, tooling, and quality checks, and improve workshop layouts and build times. They should have experience in manufacturing, process or NPI engineering, with knowledge of DFMA, lean manufacturing, and root-cause analysis, and be comfortable working with workshop technicians. The position offers potential to develop into a leadership role and build a production function as the organisation grows.
