Events Producer

The Events Producer at Trident Booksellers & Cafe is responsible for detailed planning, coordination, and execution of private and public events, from author talks to celebrations. The role involves serving as the primary contact for clients, finalising event details, and managing on-site production from setup to breakdown. The individual will coordinate logistics such as floor plans, rentals, AV, vendors, and staffing, ensuring smooth event operation. They will support public programming, helping produce various community events, and work collaboratively across departments to improve workflows and guest experiences. Candidates should be organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments, with experience in event management and excellent communication skills.
