Drive the design, implementation and evolution of a state-of-the-art conversational AI platform.
Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to design scalable, reliable services.
Leverage ML/NLP tech, including LLM-based approaches, to enhance chatbots, help centers and voice services.
Develop cutting-edge automation solutions to improve Ambassador efficiency and operational performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams (frontend/backend/ML, design, product, operations) to ship end-to-end customer-facing solutions.
Requires 5+ years of industry experience (or 3+ years with a PhD) and strong backend proficiency (Java/Ruby/Kotlin/C++).
