GP Receptionist – Millbrook & Mossley Medical Practice

This part-time GP Receptionist position supports Millbrook and Mossley Medical Practices in Stalybridge. You will welcome patients, manage online triage, and direct requests for appointments, visits and telephone triage. The role includes registration processing, handling calls, repeat prescriptions, and providing test results to patients. You will facilitate effective communication between patients, clinical teams and external health services. You may act as a chaperone and help maintain a calm, orderly reception area and contribute to a positive patient experience. Shifts run Monday to Friday (07:45-18:30) totaling 24 hours per week, with one day off and alternating mornings/afternoons; flexibility to swap shifts is available.
