The role involves coordinating daily shipping and receiving operations, carrier logistics, customer delivery requirements, and documentation, including ERP and quality records. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of product identification, traceability, inspection status, and export controls to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. They will collaborate closely with departments such as Quality, Customer Success, Production, and Engineering, as well as external partners like suppliers and carriers. Technical knowledge of aerospace standards, inspection procedures, and document control systems is essential for success in this role.
