Neuroscience Faculty Member – Worcester

The Department of Neuroscience at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for two full-time tenure-track positions starting in August 2027. One position is at the assistant professor level, and the other can be at the assistant or associate level without tenure. Candidates with research interests crossing disciplinary boundaries and incorporating critical, decolonial, and neuroinformatics perspectives are preferred. Responsibilities include teaching core neuroscience courses, developing undergraduate research programmes, and engaging in active scholarly research with access to specialised laboratories. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field and demonstrate excellence in undergraduate teaching and scholarship. The roles involve significant commitments to inclusive pedagogies, community engagement, and interdisciplinary research, within a supportive academic environment.
