Transport and Sub Contraction Planner

The Transport and Sub Contraction Planner is responsible for managing transport services including fleet utilisation, load planning, and network optimisation. They will ensure KPI targets are met while maximising fleet efficiency and service quality. The role involves proactive load planning, data accuracy maintenance, and collaborating with sub-contractor operations to ensure customer service standards. Candidates should possess experience in freight forwarding or transport planning, and be comfortable with digital systems and data analysis. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to perform well under time pressure. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30, with an annual salary of up to £32,000.
