Area General Manager

The role involves leading a group of three to four hotels, providing operational support, coaching hotel managers, and ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction are maintained. The candidate will analyse business data, implement improvements, and support hotel transitions and openings. Building strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to regional strategies are essential duties. The position requires a calm, pragmatic leader with proven multi-site management success and excellent commercial and operational understanding. Strong communication, resilience, and future leadership ambitions are critical, along with regular site travel and a valid driving licence. The role may require a personal licence and DBS check, with the opportunity for career progression into a Regional General Manager position.
