Technical Sales Manager - Contract Manufacturing

The Technical Sales Manager drives US commercial growth by identifying opportunities and building strong customer relationships for highly engineered contract manufacturing solutions.
You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification to technical coordination, proposal development, and contract closure.
You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions developed by engineering teams and clearly present them during discussions.
Build long-term relationships through structured communication, proactive follow-up, and high-touch customer support, including regular site visits.
Act as the primary liaison between US customers and engineering/project teams in the US and Germany to ensure smooth project execution, with regular travel.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support ongoing commercial development and representation at customer visits, events, and trade shows.
