Director of Property & Development Accounting

Oversee all accounting functions for industrial projects and entities, ensuring GAAP-compliant, timely financial reporting for development and operating assets.
Manage treasury activities, capital calls, distributions, and cash flow forecasts, with oversight of bank reconciliations and reserve calculations.
Coordinate complex ownership structures including joint ventures and development partnerships, ensuring compliance with loan documents, leases, and property management contracts.
Review general ledger activity, debt transactions, and project-level performance; oversee acquisitions, dispositions, and construction-in-progress accounting.
Partner with operations, development teams, and external partners; lead audits, tax projections, and provide technical accounting guidance.
Lead and develop the accounting team, implement process improvements and system enhancements, and deliver ad hoc reports for senior leadership and investors.
