Corporate Solicitor – Energy & Infrastructure

A legal practice in Bristol seeks a corporate associate with 1–4 years’ PQE, experienced in transactional work within a nationally or internationally recognised firm. The role involves advising on energy, natural resources, infrastructure, renewables, and digital projects, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional work. Candidates should have strong drafting skills, commercial judgement, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Exposure to energy, infrastructure or natural resources sectors, or private M&A experience, will be advantageous.
