Own and operationalize compliance for credit card and banking products by interpreting regulatory and partner requirements and guiding cross-functional teams.
Identify and mitigate compliance risk proactively, reducing external escalations and audit findings.
Serve as the primary compliance contact for credit card and banking partnerships; manage audits, reviews, and inquiries efficiently.
Translate FTC, CFPB, UDAAP guidance into clear, actionable direction for Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams.
Develop and maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, and internal playbooks for scalable, consistent reviews.
Build and deliver training to raise internal risk awareness and clarify escalation protocols.
