Sr Industrial Engineer

Design, optimize, and scale warehouse and contract packaging solutions across a nationwide network, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and scalability.
Advise on automation systems with integrators, test equipment, controls, and software to ensure performance matches design specifications.
Collaborate with Operations and Solution Design teams during bids to design, price, and present automation offers.
Develop roadmaps for sustainable processes and long-term automation pipelines; identify partners and technologies aligned with growth.
Lead cross-functional project management for installation, testing, commissioning, and handover; coordinate internal, vendor, and customer teams.
Analyze operational data to generate KPIs, dashboards, and reports; drive continuous improvements to boost co-pack/warehouse productivity and capacity.
