Lead the development of cutting-edge deep learning and machine learning models to automate high-volume triaging and evaluation workflows.
Design and build Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and VLMs, for behavior analysis and anomaly detection in autonomous driving contexts.
Proactively apply best practices to develop reinforcement learning from human preferences for data collection and evaluation systems.
Enhance User Feedback Analysis with multi-label classification, sentiment assessment, comment summarization, root cause analysis and trend analysis; collaborate with product and business teams.
Oversee production ML models across a large-scale fleet, optimizing performance and reliability in deployment.
Drive technical direction and work with PMs/TPMs and cross-functional teams to align the technical agenda with business objectives.
