Café Operations Manager

The Café Operations Manager will lead the operational development and management of a new premium café in Bradford, from concept to launch, ensuring efficiency and high standards. They will collaborate closely with the project team, including the Managing Director, to refine menus, establish workflows, and manage staffing, stock control, and compliance procedures. Responsibilities include supplier management, equipment sourcing, and creating operational processes for opening, closing, and daily operations. The role requires experience in café or hospitality project management, strong commercial awareness regarding costings and margins, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams to ensure the café's success. They will also oversee testing, launch activities, and identify opportunities for operational improvements within a health and wellness setting.
