Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives across litigation and dispute resolution, aligning with growth priorities.
Advise practice leaders on market positioning, client targeting, cross-selling, and institutional client strategies.
Oversee high-value pitches and RFP responses, developing competitive fee proposals and differentiated value propositions.
Drive client relationship programs to institutionalize key clients and expand revenue opportunities; manage pipelines and win/loss analysis.
Collaborate across practices and geographies to coordinate campaigns, budgets, events, and rankings submissions.
Provide strategic reporting and mentorship, guiding operations to optimize performance and drive growth.
