The role
Lead pre-construction estimator bridging business development and construction operations during bid and planning phases.
Develop precise estimates and competitive bids for new construction projects and renovations.
Perform self-led take-offs from plans and specifications to gather bid data.
Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to inform accurate cost estimates.
Propose client-fit solutions and use estimating software to generate reliable bids.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, strong math, and effective communication throughout pre-construction.
