The role

A senior Android engineer is sought to join a growing team working on customer-facing banking applications using Kotlin and Jetpack. The role involves taking full ownership of features, collaborating across teams, and challenging existing processes to improve app quality and performance. Key responsibilities include modern Android development, CI/CD practices, testing, observability, and troubleshooting production issues. Candidates should demonstrate strong Kotlin experience, understanding of concurrency, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills, with an interest in AI technologies. Experience in regulated industries such as FinTech, banking, or payments is advantageous but not essential. Opportunities for career progression towards tech lead or people management are available.
