The role
Supports the conflicts department by reviewing and analyzing conflicts check reports for new matters, lateral hires, and staff hires.
Identifies potential conflicts and collaborates with firm attorneys and staff to resolve and clear conflicts of interest.
Manages confidential information with discretion and maintains high attention to detail.
Utilizes Aderant Expert software to support the conflicts resolution process (experience preferred).
Role offers no billable hour requirements, with competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Requires JD and active license with the State Bar of Texas, plus at least 3 years of conflicts experience in a large law firm.
