The role
Perform daily repairs, emergency responses, and preventive maintenance for customer service centers in an industrial environment.
Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and order supplies using a CMMS to track progress.
Lead troubleshooting and repairs of plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and HVAC/R systems.
Inspect installations for building codes and safety compliance; oversee work by external contractors.
Maintain building systems including fire alarms and lighting, respond to emergencies, and perform locksmithing, welding, carpentry, and furniture assembly as needed.
Required: high school diploma or equivalent, universal CFC certification, valid driver’s license, and 4–5 years of related experience; strong MS Office skills.
