Mobile Engineer

Responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities operating to standards. Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage inventory of supplies and tools to complete repairs efficiently. Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed. Inspect building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation aligns with design specifications and client environmental conditions. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives; operate company-issued vehicles as part of daily duties. Apply in-depth technical knowledge, coach others, and collaborate across teams to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
