The role
A Business Systems Analyst in Aberdeen is responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of core business systems through analysis, configuration, and development. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of systems, including testing, documentation, and change control, while acting as a point of escalation and collaborating with stakeholders. Key duties include analysing and improving systems, supporting ERP and interfaces, and maintaining detailed documentation.
