The role
A Project Manager oversees the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, quality, and budget adherence. The role involves programme management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight within a construction environment. Candidates should have experience managing projects over £20 million, particularly in warehouse, logistics, or industrial developments, with strong communication and commercial skills. Technical skills preferred include project controls, programme management, and construction safety qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS. The role requires a proactive approach, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Experience with Tier One main contractors and relevant qualifications are advantageous.
