The role
A Machine Learning Research Engineer is sought to conduct research and develop new methods within NLP and LLMs for an innovative industry-leading software company. The role involves prototyping, building, and assessing AI techniques, with a preference for candidates having a Ph.D. in a related field such as Computer Science, Physics, or Maths. Strong expertise in classic machine learning, software engineering, and data science is essential, along with familiarity with Python frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn. The engineer will work on analysing research outputs, suggesting feasible advancements, and contributing to future project directions. The position requires an academic track record with publications and a minimum 2.1 degree, and offers a collaborative environment focused on pioneering machine learning solutions in NLP and computer vision.
