Seeking a contract SEC counsel with hands-on experience in 34 Act annual and quarterly reporting.
Responsibilities include SEC filings, regulatory reporting, and board support.
Contract drafting and review skills are highly valued to complement regulatory work.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Location is Boston, Massachusetts, on-site; remote options are not available.
Compensation ranges from $60 to $100 per hour, depending on experience.
