The role
Assist in on-the-job accounting and financial reporting for investor accounting.
Prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and complete work with little direction.
Contribute to busy cycles including valuations, quarter-end, audits, and business plans.
Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and related footnotes; ensure compliance with governing agreements.
Administer and report using NCREIF and Yardi data; assist in quarterly property and debt valuations.
Apply solid accounting principles and financial markets knowledge; communicate findings clearly and maintain strong Excel proficiency.
