The role
On-site Plant Production Worker contributing to high-capacity laundry operations to meet customer needs.
Operate and monitor equipment (tunnel, washers, and dryers) to maintain a steady linen flow.
Load, sort, and manage linen pockets and loads, ensuring proper load size to prevent overload.
Follow safety precautions and production standards; report frequent technical issues to supervision.
Assist with sewing and mending, folding, ironing, packing, and distribution as needed.
Support a safe, efficient, and compliant production environment in a fast-paced plant setting.
