The role
Handle high-profile single plaintiff employment matters, systemic discrimination, wage-and-hour class actions, and pre-litigation work in Seattle.
Respond to administrative charges and conduct internal investigations.
Counsel clients on a wide range of employment issues and provide practical solutions.
Take an active role in handling cutting-edge legal matters, including depositions and court appearances.
Manage complex cases, interact with corporate clients, and participate in mediations, motions, and other related proceedings.
Demonstrate excellent writing, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
