The role
Lead the design and delivery of a large-scale GenAI automation platform powering internal agents and AI assistants.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to build resilient backend systems and enhance AI prompts.
Define the technical vision for workflow optimization, backend scalability, and system reliability.
Own the full development lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, and deployment.
Advance RAG patterns, memory routing, and agent planning; integrate LLMs with APIs, vector stores, and orchestration tools.
Drive efficiency, performance, and cross-team productivity in an agile environment.
